Damon Boswell

Damon was called to the bar in 2025. He predominately practices in commercial litigation and regulatory law but also has experience with insolvency, administrative and criminal law. 

Prior to joining the bar, Damon was a senior associate at a specialist commercial litigation firm focusing on general commercial litigation, insolvency and regulatory matters. Prior to that, he worked a solicitor for a large regional firm in commercial litigation and criminal matters. 

Damon holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology.
